Order Acceptance & Process
All orders are accepted when you receive e-mail confirmation from us to this effect, but only on the condition that Hulger Ltd may subsequently not be able to ship the items requested, or may decide on reasonable grounds not to do so. Under these conditions we will offer you a refund or credit your credit card. Such reasons may include (but are not limited to) safety concerns and fairness between customers

On receipt of your confirmatory e-mail you understand (and accept) that all transactions are carried out under UK law and all products are manufactured to meet EU, North American and Japanese standards

HULGER use three distribution centres around the world. Our main centre in the UK serves the entire world except for the USA, Canada and Japan. USA and Canada are serviced by our warehouse near Detroit, Michigan, USA. Japanese orders are sent from Kyoto, Japan

The table below is a guideline to the costs of delivery out of our UK and USA warehouse – they are only guides, you will be quoted the exact price of delivery when you place an order

Delivery Service
For Europe and Worldwide Express shipments we use DHL, meaning we can track your delivery at any time to ensure that it does not go missing in transit

For the US and Canada all orders are sent out by UPS

Accessories
Accessory prices refer to orders of the Y*CABLE or individual bases only. The cost of shipping is included in the price of all adaptors including the USB*ADAPTOR

Special Edition Deliveries
Will be posted by British Royal Mail (International signed for), stated delivery times are only a guide for this service and may vary

RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind
If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us. You have the right to change your mind and return the products to within fourteen (14) working days after receipt of your order. If you chose to return your order due to a change of mind, we will not refund shipping and it is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for the return

Incorrect Products
If you are shipped an incorrect item, hulger.com will provide an immediate replacement with the correct item, and assume all return shipping costs. If this happens e-mail us at hulgershop@hulger.com

Damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us at hulgershop@hulger.com for a return authorisation. We will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items, which contain defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window

We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item

The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product's defect. Please contact us at hulgershop@hulger.com for details of the return address

You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, hulger.com will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. If your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded

Warranty
Effective warranty for 12 months from date of purchase. Both the product and invoice or receipt stating the date of purchase must be returned together

RECYCLE YOUR HULGER

We hope that, in the spirit of Mr HULGER, you will never want to be rid of your HULGER. However, if there comes a time when you decide to part company with one of our phones (or accessories) please don’t just put it in the bin

Instead, you should send it to us at the below address and we will gladly recycle it in a responsible manner
